Freddie J. Bass

Graveside services were held Saturday, April 2, 2011 at New Hebron Cemetery in New Hebron, MS for Mr. Freddie Bass, age 73, who passed away March 30, 2011 at his residence. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Buck Rester officiated. Pall bearers were David Lee, Billy Langley, Ronald Young, Joey Sills, Billy Kirkley, Jack Bailey and Jerry Wilson. A native of Lawrence County, Freddie Joe Bass was born on September 25, 1937. He was the son of Clyde Bass and Lena Cliburn Bass. He was a Truck Driver for many years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Bass is survived by his daughter, Tammy Stanford of Monticello, MS and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Patricia and his brother.
