John R. Spence

Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mr. John R. Spence, age 46, of Pinola, MS who passed away March 6, 2011 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Interment followed at Springhill Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Service of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. David Kile officiated. Pall bearers were Jessie Kile, Zack Kile, Will McLeod, Clint Lee, Christopher Kile and Jimmy Nations. John Russell Spence was born on March 11, 1964 in Louisiana. He was the son of Frank L. Spence and Millie Honeycutt Spence. He worked as Mechanic with the Mississippi Department of Transportation. He was also a member of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle in Pearl, MS. Mr. Spence is survived by his wife, Laquita Spence of Pinola; two sons, Jonathan Spence and Keith Spence both of Pinola; his father, Frank L. Spence of Magee, MS and his brother, James Spence of Wesson, MS. He was preceded in death by his mother.
