Iva McRaney

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Iva McRaney, age 80 who passed away March 5, 2011 at her residence in Prentiss. Interment followed at King Family Cemetery. Dr. French Tripp officiated. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Pall bearers were David Sanford, Greg McRaney, Joel McRaney, Tommy Gatwood, James Speck and Sammy McKinstry. Iva Mae Sanford McRaney was born on May 11, 1930 in Covington County, MS. She was the daughter of Thomas Rubin Sanford and Katie Graves Sanford. She was the owner and operator of McRaney’s Silk Bouquet for the last seventeen years. Mrs. McRaney is survived by her husband, Doyle McRaney of Prentiss, MS; one daughter, Lynn Chapman of Cheyenne, WY; one grandson, Bradley and six nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
